Before you can
take possession of the motor home you must EITHER:
1. Provide dealer with a binder or endorsement
that extends to the dealer coverage for the vehicle and
dealership from the renters personal policy. Note: The
renters insurance company or agent must provide a BINDER
or ENDORSEMENT to RV RENTALS OF GEORGIA, LLC. This binder
should name RV RENTALS OF GEORGIA, LLC as an additional
insured and loss payee. The binder should also provide
comprehensive and collision for the vehicle to value.
A CERTIFICATE or copy of a DECLARATIONS PAGE, or insurance
CARD is not sufficient. Note: Each authorized driver must
provide proof of insurance for the rental. (Coverage minimum
25/50/25)
Travel Trailer: RV Rentals of Georgia must have a document
that states that the renter’s vehicle coverage extends
back to the Travel Trailer (Liability). SLI coverage is
also an option in addition to your personal insurance
because it raises the renter’s liability to $1,000,000.
OR
2. The renter must pay a premium to MBA
in order to be added to the dealers’ rental insurance
policy. The renter must go to the MBA/CHOICE web site
and complete all required fields. Confirmation will be
immediately emailed to the renter and the rental dealer.
Coverage costs $20 per day plus a $10 online service fee.
You must purchase coverage from the checkout date until
the return date. Everyday you are in the RV it must be
covered. Alternatively, the renter may fax the Addendum
to MBA, MBA will fax back to the dealer Proof of Coverage
when the credit card has been successfully processed.
An additional $20.00 service fee will be added to the
rental charge.

You must see proof of purchase prior to
renter’s departure. There is no coverage provided
to the renter by MBA Insurance until we have processed
the renter’s Addendum and you receive proof back
from MBA via e-mail, or fax confirmation.

OPTIONAL Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)
Protect yourself and your family for as little as $9.95
per day. You can have peace of mind knowing you are protected
against loss for bodily injury to other people and property
damage to their property.
SLI is excess automobile liability insurance that protects
you and any authorized driver, as defined in the rental
agreement, against third party automobile claims for bodily
injury and property damage caused during permitted use
of the rental vehicle. SLI provides you with a high limit
of liability protection up to $1,000,000. Any and
all damages will be paid up to $1000 before the insurance
is contacted.
